No Returns: Digital products, such as courses, are not eligible for returns or refunds, as they are delivered electronically and access to the material is granted immediately after purchase.
Exceptions: In the event of a technical error on our part that prevents access to the purchased materials, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
No Returns: Hand-painted artworks are personalized creations made according to the customer's specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.
Retouching: If the painting does not meet the initially agreed-upon specifications, we offer one free round of minor adjustments if they can be made without compromising the integrity of the artwork. Additional modifications may incur extra costs, which will be discussed individually.
Damage During Transport: If the painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution, which may include repair, refund, or product replacement.
Return Possibility: Non-customized paintings and printed products can be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders can be canceled before they are handed over to the courier, and the payment will be refunded directly to the customer's account, except for customized paintings.
For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction. After canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will release the blocked amount in the customer’s account within 1-30 days, depending on the bank’s policy.
